1. Who we are

Tribal Zoo sells original graphic apparel through this website. Contact us at contact@tribalzoo.co.uk or 2 Mount Sion, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN1 1UE. These terms apply to consumer purchases made through the Tribal Zoo online store.

2. Products and artwork

We sell original graphic apparel, including made-to-order T-shirts. Product images and descriptions are intended to represent items accurately, but individual mineral-wash finishes, print processes and screen settings can create reasonable differences in colour, texture and placement. Consult the Size Guide before ordering.

3. Orders, price and payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected goods. The order-confirmation email acknowledges receipt; the contract is formed when we dispatch the goods or expressly confirm acceptance. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and delivery charges are displayed at checkout before you order. Payment is processed through Shopify checkout using the methods shown there.

4. Made-to-order production and delivery

Pieces are produced after an order is confirmed. The current reference garment is the Mineral Wash Boxy Cotton T-Shirt profile. Production and transit estimates are guidance rather than guaranteed delivery dates. We deliver by the methods and to the destinations displayed at checkout and will provide tracking where available.

5. Cancellation, returns and refunds

For eligible non-personalised online purchases, you may notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery that you wish to cancel. Return items within the following 14 days using our instructions. Items should be unused, unworn, unwashed and handled with reasonable care. Return-postage costs are your responsibility unless an item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly. This does not affect statutory consumer rights.

6. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If an item is faulty, damaged, misprinted or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and supporting images. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair or refund in line with your legal rights.

7. Intellectual property and liability

Tribal Zoo artwork, illustrations, logos, photographs, designs and brand materials are owned by or licensed to Tribal Zoo. Your purchase gives you ownership of the physical product only. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including your statutory consumer rights.

8. Privacy, complaints and law

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy page. For complaints, email contact@tribalzoo.co.uk and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
