Returns and refunds

We want your Tribal Zoo piece to arrive exactly as intended. For a return, refund, printing issue or delivery concern, email us first at contact@tribalzoo.co.uk with your order number and a clear description of the issue. Do not return an item before we provide instructions.

14-day return window

For eligible non-personalised purchases, tell us within 14 calendar days of delivery if you wish to return your item. Once you have told us, return it within the following 14 days using the instructions we provide. Unless an item is faulty or supplied incorrectly, it must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Return-postage costs are your responsibility unless we confirm a fulfilment fault.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item is misprinted, damaged, defective, incorrect or lost in transit, contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Please include clear photos or video where relevant. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair or refund in line with your statutory rights.

Refunds and cancellations

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Made-to-order cancellations are only possible while an order is awaiting production, so contact us immediately if you need to change an order. Nothing in this policy affects statutory consumer rights.
